The hiring process went pretty smoothly for me, however it still took three months. Two weeks after attending a career fair I received a phone call to set up a phone interview. I had two separate phone interviews, both of which were fairly benign. From there I was put into a hiring pool, I worked with HR to ensure my name was still in the pool and received an offer after I cleared a few more of the security hurdles.
