Interview
3 month long hiring process but very easy interview. Get to the interview very early. It takes approximately 5 minutes to get past all security clearances in order to get on base. The interview was a one on one situation. I was allowed to preview all interview questions at the start of the interview. The interview was behavior based so I was asked to describe different scenarios from past jobs. The questions from the interview seemed to want a higher level of skill than the actual job calls for.

Interview
It was a quick phone interview with the Director of Contracting which asked me brief questions. Once I answered the questions, he asked when was I available to start working for them.
