Interview
I received an email from the nurse recruiter a few weeks after submitting an online application asking for references and a preferred interview time. I was flying in to interview from out of state (a phone interview option was not discussed) and she was willing to accommodate me with a time slot that accommodated my flight plans. The actual interview occurred in the department I applied for, with two RNs asking questions. They were friendly and not at all intimidating, which was reassuring for a new graduate. Most of the questions were situational/behavioral. They told me when to expect a call, and thanked my for traveling to interview in person. The interview itself lasted about an hour. I received an email with a job offer two weeks later.
After submitting online application it took about 2 months before being contacted for an in person interview. The interview was with a panel of staff from leadership. The interview process in general was very long waiting ti be contacted.

Interview
Straightforward Behavioral Questions with all assistant managers and educator. It took a long time to get an offer back due to high volume of interviews. However it was just like any other interview I had before.
Very professionally organized and showed up on time. However, did not get back to me within the 2 week window and rejected me in a generically written email with 350 other recipients. all the email addresses were visible.
