I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UT Southwestern Medical Center (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2012
Interview
Had to go through multiple interviews, starting in HR and ending with actual employees on the unit. First step: HR department. Had to do phone interview, then in person interview. Once pass that, then you take behavioral tests (I think there were 3-4 tests). If you pass those tests, then you get set up for an interview. Second step: unit management. In person interview with managers first. If you pass that, then you come back to meet with some of the actual employees you will be working with (picked by the management). If the managers and employees agree to like you, then you go forward. Third step: Offer. You get a phone call from the managers on unit or from the HR rep to discuss an offer, including salary. If you agree with what they offer you, you accept!

Interview
Straightforward Behavioral Questions with all assistant managers and educator. It took a long time to get an offer back due to high volume of interviews. However it was just like any other interview I had before.
Very professionally organized and showed up on time. However, did not get back to me within the 2 week window and rejected me in a generically written email with 350 other recipients. all the email addresses were visible.
