I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UWorld in Sep 2018
Interview
Step 1) Online hacker rank test: probably one easy and one hard from leetcode.
Step 2) On-site HR interview: simple behavioral questions.
Step 3) On-site Technical interview: Some medium level questions for about 2 hrs.
1 side question that I kept getting throughout the process: "Who referred you here?".
Something was off about this... Felt like everyone who gets an interview is supposed to have a referral.
The interview room was just a small section covered with glass which was pretty suffocating. The work place looked pretty cramped and noisy.
Step 4) The HR sent an email saying the team wanted to move forward to background checks and references from my former or current managers and colleagues. Not easy to get people to do that.
I don't care that I got rejected. But going through the hassle of giving references from your managers when they're still looking for a candidate who knows someone in the company was frustrating.
And I've never heard of a company doing background checks on people who they have no clue they're even close to hiring. Very unprofessional.
The interview questions were decent, but the interviewer seemed somewhat unfriendly and distant, which made the experience less engaging and comfortable than expected, affecting the overall impression of the interview.

Interview
A bit different in interview process.Pre screening call is around 30 min . Usually screening calls are 5 to 10 min only.so it's different but nice. I have applied through LinkedIn
Good, friendly talk and focus on OOPS concept and have the knowledge on the projects u have worked on. Moreover, be clear with the answer ,stay positive and confident.First we will have a phone call interview where they usually ask about the fields or the things mentioned in the resume(so don't fake resume).Next was technical round ,usually about the project and OOPS concept.
