Applied online and had several interviews over the phone. That part went well, however, the writing sample portion was bizarre. Even using the examples they supplied there appeared to almost a total lack of communication with someone involved in the process. The lack of competent feedback for this simple process was insulting. Clearly, they use this process to discriminate against people.
