Interviewed for an account manager role, second role they had reduced it to an account coordinator role; upon the offer i was offered a service representative role. This all happened after undergoing 5 interviews including a final interview with the EMEA Dept Lead. The intended line manager (Africa lead) informed me that the role offered was subject to the country leads request and approval, despite my intended role not reporting to them nor having any close working relationship with them... weird

The process was very lengthy. I was contacted by a recruiter the end of August to set up a phone screen. Had the phone interview the first week of September and moved on to the next step. The next step was a video interview and that lasted about 30 minutes. The video interview went well and I was moved to the next step. I was giving a small assignment that tested your email skills. Emailed the assignment back and was moved on to the last step. The final step was an in person interview with four different people that lasted about two hours. I thought the interview went well but I did not receive an offer. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would just say do your research before the in person interview.
