Interview

Very simple. One round, online assessment is required. Required shadowing after the interview. Very simple questions getting a feel of problem solving and customer service experience. The online assessment takes a bit of thinking but not too difficult

Applied online, took assessment, phone interview and then final interview. Recruiter was great and made me feel very comfortable during the process. I can get very anxious (like most people) during an interview process , both interviewers were very easy to talk to and put my nerves as ease. Very open about pay, benefits and answered any questions I had.
