I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UiPath (Munich, Bavaria) in Aug 2025
Interview
I experienced the interview process as extremely positive. It was clear, transparent, and well-organized, but at the same time very human and approachable. What I appreciated most was that the people I spoke with showed real curiosity about my background and competences, while also taking the time to get to know me as a person. That balance really impressed me.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at UiPath (New York, NY)
Interview
HR reached out to me on LinkedIn and we spoke via zoom. I then had a virtual interview with a collaborator and finally with the principal I would support. Everyone was lovely but I didn’t feel I would be a good fit for the executive once I met him.
