I am progressing through the hiring process via referral.
Following my dinner meeting with Mr. Hasegawa, I underwent three interviews and subsequently received an offer letter.
The interviews were conducted with a leader-level employee who will become my colleague, the department head who will become my supervisor, and the HR representative.
The process from the initial interview request to the interviews themselves and receiving the offer letter was handled extremely quickly.
