I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UiPath (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Mar 2026
Interview
First I had the Online Assessment which includes 3 problems leetcode-type and then I had an interview online with one senior where I had to solve a problem similar to those from the assessment and then basic questions like oop, data structures, algorithms.
The process started directly with an online coding assessment on the HackerRank platform for the Intern role. There was no prior HR screening call. You receive an email with the link, and you have about 90 minutes to solve a few algorithmic challenges.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The assessment consisted of two main algorithmic problems. The first one was a data parsing challenge where I had to process a complex CSV-formatted string, extract specific columns, and filter/aggregate the data. The second challenge was an optimization problem, which was essentially a variation of the classic 0/1 Knapsack problem.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UiPath (Bengaluru) in Aug 2024
Interview
There were 2 technical rounds and 1 hr round with difficulty level of medium-difficult in both rounds. The process was very smooth and they didn't make us wait long for results at the end of any of the rounds and the panel was very nice.
