I applied on linkedin and the process took 1 or 2 weeks. In the linkedin job description it was written experience 1-5 years. They saw on my cv that I`m a junior, or should have seen this detail. They first sent me an online logical/math test, which I didn`t really see the point for this position, then I received a short call from HR. Afterwards I spoke with someone from the marketing department, who was very honest with me and said that he didn`t have the time to look over my cv. After a short discussion (5 minutes) he said that they need for this role a person with more experience. This was such a waist of time, mine and the companies. They should have wrote in the Linkedin description they need a senior for this role and they should have read my cv! I can only think of lack of communication between departments and maybe lack of interest for doing a good job. I read in other comments that the office in Bucharest has some problems and apparently they still didn`t fix them.
