Just received a call from an arrogant person from the HR team I guess, who was not ready to explain about the job role and the company. One should understand how to be patient and professional while hiring people. I felt the culture of the company is not so good after interacting with the existing employee. Didn't feel like proceeding further. A piece of advice to the management, please train your HR team to learn how to interact with the prospective employees.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UiPath in Mar 2022
Interview
Easy, Fun, and a comfortable process to go through. It was very natural and a normal conversation. Didn’t feel intimidated and enjoyed the process. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about applying.
Applied for a role and after 2 weeks got an email from a recruiter in Romania asking how good my German is. In her email there was no "Thank you for your interest in the company" etc., simply please tell us something which is already listed on my CV. Really bad candidate experience so withdrew from process.
