First step it's an online assesment composed of 15 logical and reasoning questions - medium dificulty, followed by a face to face interview with the HR representative and the future manager. I have presented myself and my experience and I received no additional questions which made me think that I might be overqualied for the position, therefore the budget available must have been below my expectations.
