Step1: Online assessment - 10 Logical questions, 2 Coding questions (Hackerrank - Basic level)
Setp2: Interview with a Pre-sales Manager. General questions (what is OCR, What is AI.. etc.)
Step3: Interview with Technical Consultants. This is where is gets bad, as they ask questions like (how do you configure queues in UiPath, What do you think about the Solutions Architect Course on the academy). Then they share a coding question, and you have to answer that. Almost no questions were asked about Customer Relationships Management, Customer Service Recovery, Project Management, etc. So basically, it is just some programmers asking you logic and programming questions, however, as they told me during the interview, that you won't be using programming in this role!
My question is.. why do you give the person so much stress and passing them from one interview to another even though their knowledge in programming is just basic !! I have extensive years of experience in managing customers, yet the interview was about UiPath as a product and coding !!
My recommendation to UiPath:
Let more senior and professional people conduct the technical interviews, not a programmer who has no idea what Customer Relationship Management is all about.
