The interview starts with a logic test online, you need around 45 minutes to complete it. It`s a typical test with not so challenging answers even for communication or marketing specialists. After this step (if you pass it) you need to be interviewed by at least 3 different UiPath employees. There are small chats about your previous experiences, your expectation, language skills, and typical hr questions, nothing to pose issues - you have the feeling that your talking with a friend, not your future colleague, manager. The overall discussion is a bit too relaxed. Each one of the persons you`ll meet has the Veto power, so, you should be liked by everybody before getting the offer, so, be attentive at your words/posture and don`t be deceived by the relaxed tone. I felt that the decision is biased and not 100% based on experience, maybe this was only my feeling and I`m also influence by the negative response, but I felt it after the 1st discussion. Still the overall experience was fine.
