I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UiPath (Houston, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
3 interviews - HR and 2 Managers
Process seemed smooth and fair. Traditional steps and good conversation regarding the Company culture and final goals as employees.
Too bad I was ghosted after I completed the non technical test as a final step (it is a technical test indeed and it has nothing to do with your capabilities, responsibilities or skills related to the job position).
I had to call the HR representative to ask for more information or feedback and I was told the only reason I haven't been selected was because I didn't pass the test, but nobody was going to tell me that if I hadn't call in).
They claimed to have a multicultural and innovative mindet and a very good training experience that will set you up for success but in reality if you don't know how to calculate next level rooths and percentages you are not a good fit for the position. I find the all thing very unprofessional, sad and ugly.
A person should be considered for experience, skills and capabilities that makes him/her a good team member, not because of math and physics questions that won't apply in the day to day responsibilities. (Especially for sales support).
I can have a very high IQ but be a complete disaster as employee and not showing up a work or not following the rules or Company policy which ultimately makes me a bad bet. But I guess certain values are not important anymore, so it can be a good Company but has a completely wrong recruitment approach and logic. They should invest more in the values they claim to have as a Company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very practical questions based on day to day troubleshooting or customer service.
How do you prioritize tasks in a situation like the one describe below:
- Sales Rep wants you to handle a very important customer request but at the same time your manager wants a time sensitive license report and you also have a customer on the phone waiting for information about the product.

The process was really fast. The actual interviews were challenging, but I really loved the fact that my opinion was taken in consideration and I felt that I could work with the interviewers on specific tasks or questions asked in the interview
