The process is quite cumbersome. They behave like a unicorn and people do have the airs, especially in hr and the senior management. They are all behaving like they are bill gates

Interview process leaves a lot to be desired:
1) Very short in general (~30 minutes) and do not leave adequate time for you to ask about the role
2) Interviews were canceled and rescheduled multiple times with very short notice (e.g., minutes)
3) If they are no longer interested, they just drop off with no notice

5 level interview, with panel, business case round, followed by Region MD and then HR. Took 3 months for the process to complete. Wasted time as they were not able to even match current salary. HR did a poor job of not doing the due diligence before on compensation expectations

Had total 7 rounds including HR, overall process is excellent, prompt response for any questions provided, very good feedback loop before and after the interviews, able to accommodate the schedules based on my availability, hiring team is excellent and able to provide background of the job.
