I'm not one to typically post reviews, but I was so disappointed and disrespected that I felt the need to write. I went through a phone screen, a technical assessment, and 2 days of 4 video conferences with the team at UiPath. After this extensive time commitment, I was called by the recruiter and verbally offered a position, agreed upon start date and salary, etc. I was told that I would be receiving details and would need to make a decision within the next few days. After this - all of my communications (emails to several people, texts, etc.) were ignored. I followed up for 3 weeks attempting to get some sort of explanation, but was and continue to be ignored. Even a courtesy response rejecting me would have sufficed after this treatment.
All potential candidates - please be cautious applying to a company that does not value human capital or respect your time as a candidate and potential future employee. Not a good reflection on the rest of the company.

I applied online. I interviewed at UiPath (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was nice. We discussed my CV, including my projects, future ideas, and passions. At the end, I was given a coding task where I had to identify mistakes in a Java multithreading scenario.
The recruiter was very responsive and helpful. The coding screening was conducted through a website, without any live interaction. While the question itself wasn’t particularly difficult, the amount of code required to solve it was too much for a 30-minute timed interview (100+ lines of code), especially without anyone available to clarify the problem.
