I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UiPath in Jun 2021
Interview
Great experience overall. A series of 3 interviews (plus a discussion with an internal recruiter before the 3 interviews). One with a "peer", one with a Senior Director, and one with a Director (hiring manager). They were all very nice and easy to talk to and were genuinely interested in their product and what you can do to help. Mostly behavioral type questions with a few general technical questions and one scenario based question (from the Senior Director).
Is by far the most enjoyable interview process I have ever experienced in my career.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UiPath (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
Initially the Recruiter was very good and communicated well in advance. I had one technical round for about an hour. The interviewer was very good and asked ton of behavioral questions and some technical questions. Only negative was after multiple follow ups I wasn't told if I was being considered for further rounds or no. Felt disappointed that I wasn't communicated because I wasn't selected.
