I met 4 interviewers in total, each in a different day. Each interview lasted around 45 minutes. The first interview was with HR for the company to know more about my career and what I wanted to do in the future. I loved this one. The guy carefully listened to my words and tried to explain how the company would satisfy my professional interests. Following this, I met three people; two directors and CEO. Overall, the interviews were conducted in a casual manner, and interviewers were friendly. One of the interviewers was my current boss. I liked the interview with him very much. He did not ask typical interview questions but instead, talked about what he wanted to realize at the company . I liked the way he talked very much and decided to join the company.

Applied on Company Website. The HR reached out to me. HR asked me to share some of my work at the current company. Seemed unprofessional to me. Since the documents they asked to share for were confidential items. Somehow the HR agreed to proceed. In every interview they would ask me to show my current company documents and presentations. These being customer documents I was not comfortable to show. Not really sure why they were recording the interviews. At the end the HR asked me to work on the case study. I solved the cast study basis which had an interview as well. Finally they said if only I share the current work then only they would proceed else they would not. I happily pulled out myself from the interview process. Not really good to work for companies who would want you to compromise on your current company documents.
