      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at UiPath in Mar 2025

      Interview

I interviewed at UiPath, a process which took a grueling 8 weeks to complete. More details below but this was the most unprofessional application process I have experienced in my 14 year career. The phone screen and first 2 rounds were completed within 2 weeks. From there, it took another two weeks (and multiple follow ups from my end) to learn I was moving on in the process and to schedule the 3rd round panel interview. It took over a week (and another follow up from me on day 7) before I finally heard back and learned I was moving to the final round. It then took an additional 2 weeks to schedule that final round interview, followed by 2 more weeks waiting to hear the feedback from that. That feedback never came, as UiPath decided they would rather ghost me after 8 weeks of interviews without a simple courtesy email. The entire ordeal was completely disrespectful of the time and effort I had put forth over the course of nearly 2 months. If UiPath cannot handle rudimentary activities like feedback compilation and email communications, I can only imagine the level of dysfunction that is rotting on the inside of the company. It also likely explains their multi-year stock performance and the recent increase in employee turnover. I am considering this a bullet dodged, and I would never recommend someone waste their time talking to this unprofessional and unserious company.

      Question 1

Interviewers at this company would prefer to spend multiple rounds of interview time talking about themselves and their own careers and experiences at UiPath. If you haven’t used the tool before, do not bother wasting your time.
