Honest when saying it was THE clearest job description and interview process I've experienced in my 15 years career.
Had 3 interviews in total (1 HR, 1 direct manager, 1 skip level), should have had 4 but as I understood it, based on the feedback received from the first 3 interviews, it was decided to skip the 4th.

Was asked to create and deliver a presentation for the design, concept, execution and tracking of a program that would be key in the role. Most questions were scenario and role based. Also discussed about my experience and how it connects to the role.

Interview
Process was smooth, transparent and inline with the job description. Both the HR and Panel were really humble and made you comfortable during the process. It felt like having a conversation and not the grill interview.
