The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UiPath (New York, NY)
Interview
Same experience as another poster, the person who was with the HR rep did not introduce themselves. She started the interview by mentioning she needed to leave soon for a call. Gave me a new logical question but did not offer any feedback on my proposed solution (since brain teasers are often designed to test several reasoning factors i was surprised that no explanation was given). I left after she could not explain how they priced the product and kept mentioning that there is no such thing as a boss there since they are a flat company. That should not be an excuse for lack of procedures or being able to explain how a department is run or how targets are set.
On the plus side i spoke with a few poeple on the floor while waiting for the interview to start and they all seemed happy. Since one mentioned they more than trippled in size in 1 year I was not surprized that the interview was unstructured.
