The interview process was simple and efficient. It began with an initial screening and communication from the HR team, who provided clear instructions and documentation. After that, I had a conversation with the Station Manager and Operations Manager, Yuhang Zhang, who explained the role of Operations Assistant, work expectations, and schedule in detail.
The process focused primarily on availability, physical work readiness, and understanding of basic operational tasks. There was an emphasis on reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow company procedures. I was also asked about my legal authorization to work in the U.S., in preparation for the required background and drug checks.
Once selected, I received an official Offer of Employment, with onboarding instructions and a start date, along with documentation regarding company policies, confidentiality, and employment terms.
