Video interview with set questions. You were given approximately 3 mins to prepare and then record your answer which was also time limited. The final question was a longer case study with additional documents for you to study and prepare to give marketing advice for a particular product.

You are invited to work on a new project developing the marketing of a certain Dove product how would you manage your time commitments in order so as to incorporate this extra work into your pre-existing priorities and targets?
The online hirevue video was difficult but very interesting. They asked less normal questions like when did you work in a team but more about what you would do in certain scenarios. you had two minutes to prepare for each question, then you had a final presentation which you had ten minutes to prepare for

Did the psychometric games and got to the digital interview stage. It was pretty different to other company's but I found it extremely refreshing. Still waiting to hear back about whether I progressed to the assessment centre or not.
