Online interview due to COVID and being outside of the city at the time. Interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to. Got asked simple questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses. Short interview. Got back to me a week later with offer. Very happy with interview and company.

Applied online through Seek and they called me in for an interview a few weeks later. It was a group interview - asked us what we knew about the company, etc. Watched a 10 minute video where we were split into smaller groups and assigned specific questions to answer. Managers would walk around and observe us. Afterwards, each group presented. There were no one-to-one interviews for casuals. Instead, we were given a sheet with questions on it, asking us about our work experience, what we learned about working at Uniqlo and the toughest situation we've had to face.
