Applied online through Seek and they called me in for an interview a few weeks later. It was a group interview - asked us what we knew about the company, etc. Watched a 10 minute video where we were split into smaller groups and assigned specific questions to answer. Managers would walk around and observe us. Afterwards, each group presented. There were no one-to-one interviews for casuals. Instead, we were given a sheet with questions on it, asking us about our work experience, what we learned about working at Uniqlo and the toughest situation we've had to face.
