You do a Skype interview first and if you move on they invite you to do a case-study project. You are divided into 2 teams and you present to HR. Then if you pass, you receive an in-person interview in San Francisco. It consisted of the entire weekend - you get a 1 on 1 with the West Coast Director and someone from HR and then you participate in a 2-day store activity where they basically treat you like a sales associate and make you feel awkward running around as if you actually work there already.

Overall good vibe but with unnecessary trivialities, candidates are requested to say "excuse me" every time they enter or leave a room regardless of whether other people are out there.
