Interview Process was ok ,a virtual round by Head HR followed by a final CEO chat where I was shortlisted, leaving me confused as the stakeholder had high regards for her own self and chat was pretty cold even after almost 1 hour of interaction , remarks and statements made during the conversation, including body language and expressions came out to be very demeaning , controlling and offensive, felt like you are being made to feel small , nothing encouraging or appreciating came from the other end and lacked any hints of likeness , for an in person interaction they tossed the calendar themselves but on requesting a reschedule from my end, the consultant stressed on the fact that if the candidate changes schedule even because of health he/she will be considered not interested and makes wrong impression, ,during the in person chat , they would follow no etiquettes of general courtesy to wait , offer water etc. , it was a hush hush arrangement for a CEO chat , which was still better however there too she would usually intervene only to make the context /answers unworthy or not as per expectations, the whole experience from a virtual interaction to a face to face round was non courteous, seemingly professional but more to be taken as disrespectful , past organisation and experience were tagged as small , narrow , minuscule , seemed as if she was being forced to hire someone in the team or had some other candidate in mind already and was just a set up to cover up for CEO chats , can never forget the whole experience and of course the person too :)
