United Surgical Partners interview questions

The interview process was super easy. It started with a team interview and proceeded to an in-person interview. Everyone was friendly and a joy to chat with. Nothing was incredibly hard to answer and they were very open with their own answers.

Unstructured and disorganized. Interviewer did not seem knowledgeable about the position. It was not clear exactly what position they were hiring for. Overall, it did not seem like it would be a fit for either party.
