The interview process went pretty smoothly. A phone interview with the President, followed by an in person formal interview. Next, an interview with the team and board members. Then I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you work individually and as a team? What does equity look like to you? Describe a time when you were faced with a time demand and how did you meet this deadline?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Way in Jun 2022
Interview
Received email for interview request months after application. Interviewed at physical location with CEO and volunteer. They said it could be a few weeks before they had a decision. I emailed to follow up two weeks later and didn’t get a response back, which I thought was odd because the interview went exceedingly well, and it was communicated they would let me know either way if I would be offered the position. I called another week later and left a voicemail just asking if I could receive a call back to let me know if they had any status updates. I received an email a couple hours later telling me someone else had accepted their offer. I have understanding people are busy, but after being told I would be informed either way, and to be blatantly ignored when I initiated contact twice was not okay in my book. Very disheartening.
