Applied online, took an assessment test, phone interview, then a face to face interview. Waited over an hour to be interviewed. The interviewer ran through the questions as if he was missing his lunch. Went back and forth with recruiter's phone calls. Missed the start of a training class. Had to interview again for the next training class. Got the position.

Convoluted at best: submit in taleo, take tests, play phone tag for phone interview with offshore rep which actually requires a lot of phone tag. It was very difficult to get the process going. The offer they made was not competitive and their recruiters were unprofessional. I had heard good things about the company but now I see why so many people left their company to work where I am currently. Recruitment should really re-evaluate their process and staffing.

It was a unpleasant experience. I felt very uncomfortable. When I entered the company's office I wasn't greeted with a smile, instead they were in a bad mood and felt very uncomfortable.

Three phase process. a screening, then an initial interview then an actual interview with the department head. It was spaced out over a few weeks. was a bad process in the beginning screening.
