I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (New Delhi)
Interview
1.online test
You have to answer 25 questions in 30 minutes
10 are very basic technical questions
Remaining 15 are some useless
Irrespective of the result they call for face to face interviw
2 . Technical round by a non technical person
Why because when ever you say 2+3 is 5 ,that person says no you are wrong you should say 4+1 is five.
As he is non technical he is expecting the answer what he has googled (basically technical guy but have zero technical knowledge.. wonder how he got the job there and I lost respect on optum/uhg after meeting him)
3.manager round
Asked about project
Where are you from
Where did you study
Do you have girl friends
After this I left without waiting for results

1st Round :
It was a telephonic round. There were 2 people in the call. Firstly they have asked about myself. Then they have discussed me about my projects and type of tasks I have been worked on. After that they moved on to technical skills . They have asked me one by one, on each of my skill mentioned. The panel was technically very strong and they have gone through each and every concept in Datastage,SQL ,UNIX and scheduling tools. The main thing here is they are looking for people who are committed to there work.
