Interview
Phone interview was great. In person interview wasn't great. The managers asked personal questions regarding previous employment. Asked behavioral questions, reviewed resume, and explained the position. They were friendly at first until they started reviewing my resume.

Interview
The interview process could be better. The tests have lots of glitches, but those are the least of the problem. The interview process specifically the phone interview is odd. You are called by a call center (a half hour after your scheduled time) by a representative in the Philippines who says "I was busy running a personal errand and got back late". I have no problem with the Philippines...but it usually helps if you can understand your interviewer when they ask you questions. Not a fan of having to ask my interviewer to repeat themselves multiple times. Then you reach the end of the phone interview and are not provided with any info. You ask what the next step is and are told "I'm not sure". The interviewer was completely unprepared and unprofessional. Why can't HR in the US take a moment to conduct a phone interview?
