Interview with 2 supervisors. Asked a series of questions; such as.. describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision or deal with a difficult customer etc. easy questions . They will ask you what you know about the company and go over pay

The first step is going through the assessment portion, then for some its a phone interview and lastly an in-person interview where they as you about your previous employment. Also, they would ask you scenarios about customers and co-workers.

Interview
Panel interview, did not advise where the interview was. The VP was rude and racist, did not conduct the interview however, asked personal demeaning questions. The VP's direct reports were professional and asked behavioral questions.
