First UnitedHealth Group sent interviewers to my university where I had a 30 minute interview with one person. I was then contacted shortly after and brought to an on-site interview that lasted about half a day. This included a tour of the location and then 2 interview with 2 different employees.

I applied online and after about 2 weeks, I got a call from a corporate recruiter who conducted a phone interview. After a couple of days, I received an in person interview where a panel interview me. It went well and after 2 days or so, I received a formal offer letter.
