Most unprofessional and immature process in my life! I got all the interviews, 4 in total (out of place questions like if I was married or have a boyfriend) and I quote this statement "there is no growing place here, I´m the only manager and I´m not planning on leaving any time soon" that should be my Red Flag! but I liked the technology and wanted to give it a try. Then they sent me the whole contract and offer letter with all the benefits package, and I saw the salary wasn´t detailed (pretty basic info) so I asked if it was gross or net, and if, if there was any wigle room (this kind of negotation is expected on a daily basis as a contract manager) they said they where going to talk to the team (I even got a couple of e-mails saying they where super intersted in having me on the team and thanking for my patience) then all of the sudden they ghosted me! I dodge a bullet right there, if a simple question makes them act like this THANK GOD THEY GHOSTED ME! they show their true colors.
