I just join the office on 1st of March this year, the initiation was through a consultancy from naukari portal. The 3 stage interview was very positive and good. 1st: Demonstration- A specialist of doc review was introduced and gave a detailed demostration for about an hour. 2nd: Written- Then we were given a sheet of qst., paper was of 60 marks. Weightage: 40 marks was for document review which was from the prior demonstration and 20 marks for 5 qst. from reasoning. 40+20= 60 3rd: Final HR interview- this was the last one, the shortlisted candidates we're interviewed by HR. She (Hr) was really pleasant and asked general questions from CV (I was fesher), Just to check your communication skills and dedication and willingness for job.
