Went through three interviews - - HR, Hiring Manager & President. Looked like I was in the final grouping and expected to hear back after video conference interview with President. Had many conversations with HR personnel throughout the process. Emailed both hiring manager & President following interviews. Then the company just stopped communicating - no letter or email indicating they were moving on with another candidate - - no communication at all. Given how far I got through the process, thought the way they ended it was very unprofessional.
