Univar Solutions Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was referred by several employees of Univar and they are happy employees, so I was excited. I first had an interview screening with their contracted recruiting company and the questions were very basic - why are you interested in this company and position, salary expectations and am I negotiable etc. One of the interviewer/hiring managers confirmed the date and time “before” I heard back from the recruiter that they use. I was told one person will be interviewing me and flying into my location and when I arrived, there were two (a third person couldn’t make it.) The interview was in the lobby at a hotel, but it was quiet enough, however I would have preferred to see the location where I’d potentially work. The two interviewers were very professional and asked great questions - some behavioral. Overall, it was very pleasant and I sent thank you’s to both. Months later, I have never heard back. Nothing. My assumption is they are looking for someone with experience, prefers a rigid schedule, wears many, many different bats, and has CSR responsibilities for a very small salary. I was probably overqualified, but hoped for at least some follow through and closure.

Phone interview and in person interview. I had a call with my manager and eventually interviewed with two VP's as well. The process was fair and it was productive conversation. The conversation was challenging with the VP as they asked questions regarding my motivation and where it originated, more psychological.
