There were 2 interviews; one with HR based out of Arizona and 1 with the local team. The first interview was very basic and straightforward, more of a screening. The second interview with local team was a panel interview via Teams video. It was definitely more casual and conversational.
Very thorough interview process, multiple interviews with multiple people, including some you won't work with which may seem like a waste of time but everyone works together in this school. This is definitely a one team one fight company.
