The interview process consisted of 6 rounds. 2 case studies. It was not the best experience and sad because the mission of the organization is so great. I ended up actually interviewing for three roles, none of which I was apparently qualified for. First two rounds were sharing experience. the third round was really crazy and the interviewer asked the same 5 questions for every job you had. It felt repetitive without actually getting into the meat of the jobs and the role they were interviewing for. 4th round was a case study. 5th round was 3 case studies with leadership 6th and final round. I felt they were disorganized and not aligned on the type of person they wanted for the roles. The recruiter ended up having me interview for 3 roles. The worst part of it all is they treated me pretty terrible at the end with little to no communication and unanswered emails and calls. Reason I didn't get any of the 3 jobs I was interviewing for was because they wanted someone with a specific skill set which they could have figured out at round 3 or 4 had they been organized. It was really a dragged out process and poor recruiting techniques
