There was a phone screening followed by four Zoom interviews. Prior to one of the interviews I was given a brief case study and was asked to prepare a short presentation. During this same interview, I was given a few other case studies and asked to respond to a few questions regarding each of them. My recruiting specialist was in contact with me via email along the way to ensure that I was prepared for each of my interviews. It was a long process, but it was a good experience and allowed me to obtain a solid understanding of Upstream and the role I was applying for.
