      Interview

It is helpful to know the trends of the workforce and any experience in staffing, HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting are extremely helpful. You will manage all aspects of the sales process and grow these accounts by trying to upgrade them to a premium service like Upwork Pro and Upwork Enterprise. The team is growing but their sales process is rather lengthy plus they do not have consistent metrics to measure KPI's. You're basically measured on how many appointments you can get. Based on my observation there is a disconnect between sales operations and the sales team. Expect frequent changes and the ability to be flexible. 1st - Phone interview with Recruiter (Short) 2nd - Phone interview with hiring manager. ( Takes roughly about 30 minutes) 3rd - Onsite interview with about 4 different people (Think structured interview - trying to make sure it's a 'cultural fit' and assess skills. 4th interview: VP of Sales (Didn't make it that far) The process takes roughly two months. Questions to ask the hiring manager - how long have you been in your role? If he or she has been in the role less than 4 months - don't do it. Look for a manager that's been with the company and has grown through the ranks of the company.
