I had applied for the position through Glassdoor and I got a call from the recruiter with in two days. Then Hiring manager did the phone screen. He liked my profile and I was called for onsite interview in Mountain view. The interview panel consists of four people. Two of then did the interview very well. Two of them had not done any preparation and they randomly asked questions. After that I was told the interview went well and I was called for one more onsite . I didn't get any response from the recruiter. I got a reply after a week from the recruiter saying that you haven't selected and the team didn't give any information why I haven't been selected. After spending nearly two days of my time ,Upwork didn't even give any updates about my interview status . It is really bad experience and very unprofessional
