I was very impressed with their interview process and how my HR contact guided me through it all. I was not local, which may be why it took almost two months for the process to complete. It started off with a test with very relevant questions to the position with a number of phone and Skype interviews with people ranging from future peers, managers, and employees from adjacent groups, with finally an in-person interview. Questions were both relevant and technical as well as personality-centric.
