I enjoyed both the recruiter and hiring manager that I spoke with. A clear expectation of a quick process with a specific deadline before the holidays was set, and instead I waited two weeks through both Christmas and New Years anxiously (while requesting updates), just to not receive the role (which was expected at that point). Disappointing candidate experience after it seemed like it would be positive and transparent.
