I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Upwork (Mountain View, CA) in May 2012

Interview

I applied for the position on line via their website. They posted it as a project for freelancers. I was contacted via their messaging system and asked for my Skype ID. The Manager added me via Skype and then contacted me asking when I was available for an interview. She then called me via Skype at that time. We spent about 30 minutes discussing my experience in similar projects.
