Interview
Recruiter call followed by 45 minutes with an executive. The recruiter was phenomenal, the executive was terrible. Has a number of issues and has no clue how to solve them, failed to engage in a strategic discussion. Set expectations for follow up within 24 hours, two weeks later there is no word. Less than 5 minutes in he was clearly distracted and paying attention to his Slack/Teams messages. Avoid Upwork at all costs - it's a dying business with leadership that is going to run the product into the ground. Ship without a sail.
